A Laurel Canyon exile from the East Village, Todd Heyman balances the epic with the intimate, distilling emotionally charged performances via his time in front of the camera and his devotion to sweeping cinema.
His career ignited with a short film at Tribeca — acquired by HBO — and flourished with campaigns for Nike, Visa, FedEx, Coke, Novo Nordisk various PSAs and more earning Clios, Lions and Webbys and helping save children's lives from cancer — leading to several narrative projects in development.
When not in the director's chair, Todd is still weaving tales. His quotable essay drawing parallels between surviving 9/11 and the Palisades fires was published in THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER— finding the punk and the poetry to everything he makes..
